Hi, I’m Josefina — a Strength and Conditioning Coach, Dietitian, and lifelong athlete with eight years of coaching experience. As a mum of one (with another on the way), I understand the physical and emotional shifts women go through during pregnancy, postpartum, and menopause.
My mission is to help women feel strong, confident, and empowered in their bodies—no matter their fitness level or life stage.
Through a holistic approach combining functional strength training, mobility, and mindful movement, I create sustainable programs that help you move well, feel good, and build lasting results.

Do I need a gym to do my workouts?No, you don't need a gym to work out. You can do it with or without equipment, anytime and anywhere that suits you. It's all about consistency and making it work for your lifestyle.

How is my progress tracked?Tracking your progress depends on your goals. This could include progress photos, performance metrics, or sport- specific testing to ensure you're moving in the right direction.

How often can I talk to my coach?You can talk yo tour coach whenver you need through our 24/7 available chat. We're here to support you every step of the way.

Do I need a Smart Watch?No, a smartwatch isn't required, but it can be handy for tracking your progress and staying on top of your goals. However, if you need help choosing the right one, give us a shout- we're happy to help!

What if I change my goal?No problem! Your plan is fully adaptable. Simply let us know your new goal, and we'll adjust your training program to keep you on track.

What if I have an injury?If you have an injury, let us know straight away. We will adjust your training plan to accommodate your recovery and ensure you're staying safe while working towards your goals.

I am new to training, can I still join?Absolutely! You can still join even if you are new to training. The App includes a step-by-step videos for every exercise, and you will have access 24/7 to your coach for support and guidance whenever you need it.

How does it work?Getting started with Stride is very easy! Simply fill-up the regristration form and pay the fee. After this, I'll be in touch to organize a call. Once we are all set, you just have to download the App and get started with your tailored training program.

What are the training plans available?In Stride you will find 2 programs to choose from: "Unlock my strength" is a program designed for every woman, at every stage of life. Whether you are just starting our or getting back into training, you'll have constant support, expert guidance and workout tailored to your needs. It's about building strength, confidence, and consistency- on your terms, at your pace. "Stronger Together", is abuilt for woman teams- whether you're training with friends, sports, family or colleagues. It's about connection, motivation and accountability. You'll train alongside your group, support each other, and celebrate progress together. Because staying strong is easier- and way more fun - when you do it together.

Do I have to commit for a period of time?No, while there is no long-term commitment required, we do ask a week of notice if you decide to step up. You're free to step back anytime- it's all about what works best for you.

How much does it cost?The price is going to vary depending on what you get: For a customized training program only: In NZD: $84 nzd/ month- that is only $21nzd /week!
