I'm Josefina, a strength and Conditioning coach, dietitian, and trail running enthusiast with eight years of coaching experience and a lifetime immersed in sports. My mission is to help people of all fitness levels reach their fitness goals and become healthier, stronger, happier athletes while feeling great in their bodies.

Do I need a Smart Watch?No, a smartwatch isn't required, but it can be handy for tracking your progress and staying on top of your goals. However, if you need help choosing the right one, give us a shout- we're happy to help!

What if I change my goal?No problem! Your plan is fully adaptable. Simply let us know your new goal, and we'll adjust your training program to keep you on track.

How does it work?Getting started with Stride is very easy! Simply contact us to share your goals and timeframes. Then, download the app to seamless access and select your preferred payment method. Once you're set, you recieve a tailored training plan crafter just for you.

What are the plans available?In Stride you will find 3 programs to choose from: Get me started This is a 12 weeks fitness program, designed to help build strength, improve endurance, and boost overall fitness while getting you started in fitness. This structure plan includes a balanced mix of cardio, strength training and recovery sessions to keep you motivated and on track. You can choose the GYM version or IN HOME WORKOUT version. Whether you are a begginer or are coming back from a still time, this program provides a clear path to achieving results in just 12 weeks. Unlock your peak performance Our fully personalized training program is tailored specifically to your goals, fitness level and lifetyle. Whether you are aiming to loose weight, build strength, or enhance performance, your plan is designed to meet you unique needs.
